LYNN RITTER
Lynn Ritter has been involved in Matsubayashi-Ryu Shorin-Ryu Karate since 1979. She started as a beginner student under Shihan Ritter and advanced thru the ranks to Black Belt. She is also the mother of a child involved in karate (currently a brown belt) and has a first hand knowledge of the factors involved in motivating and focusing a child's attention on the tasks at hand.
In her previous life she was in the medical/dental field where she honed her customer service skills and learned to provide in a compassionate manner for the needs of her clients. Since dedicating her life to the advancement of karate she has developed considerable organizational skills in the day to day running of the business, as well as, class instruction. She has been involved in the organization of tournaments and events designed to promote the sport both to practitioners and the general public.
Although proficient in advanced forms of karate, Lynn is the primary instructor for kinder and youth classes. Her high energy and upbeat attitude provide a nurturing and positive environment for new and kinder students, especially.
