Richard J. Forrester has been training under Shihan Michael Ritter in Matsubayashi-Ryu since 2004, but this is not his only experience in martial arts. Rick has been practicing Tae Kwon Do since 1978 and Si Packi Kung Fu since 1981. He has a Bachelor of Science degree and is a principal researcher at Procter and Gamble.
