Shihan Mike Ritter started teaching in 1965 and is an 8th Degree Black Belt.
His Instructors were: Grand Master Shoshin Nagamine, Soke Takayoshi Nagamine and Sensei Frank Grant, Sensei James Wax and Sensei Rich Adams.
He is also Founder and President of the United States Matsubayashi-Ryu Karate-Do Federation.
